We use two things, and nothing else. There are no advertising cookies, no social media pixels, and no cross-site tracking on this website.

• Google Analytics 4 — audience measurement. It records which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and which device type they use, and it sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning session. The script is loaded after your first interaction with the page, or five seconds after load, whichever comes first.
• Local browser storage — remembers your language and interface preferences on your own device. This never leaves your browser.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you refuse them entirely, or delete existing ones, under its privacy or site data settings.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on published by Google at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Blocking these does not break the site. Measurement simply becomes less accurate.

Google Analytics cookies expire within two years at most, and the associated measurement data is retained for up to 14 months. Preferences stored locally stay until you clear your browser data.
